seriously, and makes every reasonable effort to protect your privacy and
provide a safe, secure online shopping experience.
HOW TO ORDER
You may order on line 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Phone orders can
be placed Monday-Friday 12:00am-6:00pm CST.
PAYMENT METHODS
All payments must be made by credit card in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, Paypal and American Express. Please do not mail cash.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, pending
stock availability. Special orders (Items not currently in stock) require 4-6
weeks to be processed and shipped.
You will receive an e-mail verification including the invoice number which
confirms your order has been processed, and a second e-mail indicating the
tracking number and date of shipment. You may also be contacted for shoe size
verification to ensure proper fit.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. The shipping charge is $15 per item.
2nd day air and overnight shipping are also available at an additional charge.
TAXES
We will collect applicable sales tax if we are required by law to do so.

SECURITY
Orders placed on our site are encrypted by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
technology, the industry-standard security protocol, so your transactions are
protected. Your credit card number and other personal data will be treated with
the highest standards of safety, security features and confidentiality.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All shoes may be exchanged or returned for a credit or refund within the first
10 business days.
Pre-approval of all returns is required. To request return authorization and
receive return instructions, use the form “contact us” on this web site, or
call us at 773-525-4280.
Shoes returned for refund are subject to a $20 restocking fee. No restocking
fee applies to any shoes being exchanged for other items. Shipping & handling
charges are not reimbursable. All return and exchange shipping expenses must be
pre-paid by the customer. No C.O.D’s will be accepted.
A copy of the invoice must accompany the return. All goods must be returned in
the original packaging. The quality of all items is fully guaranteed by our
company and merchandise is inspected for cleanliness and quality prior to being
shipped. Therefore, returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original
condition. We will not accept any returned items that show visible signs of use
or wear. It is the sole discretion of James Ciccotti Bridal Shoes & Accessories
to determine if returned goods are in salable condition. Merchandise that is
returned in non-salable condition will be returned to the customer at the
customer's expense.
Refund policy, applies only to Internet and phone orders.
Handbags are not returnable or exchangeable.
All custom orders are not returnable. Personalized products (products that have
been dyed, custom ordered, or otherwise personalized) are not eligible for
return or refund.
James Ciccotti Bridal Shoes & Accessories does not accept goods returned after
10 business days from receipt of shipment.
